There are loads of great broadband offers around at the moment but they tend not to hang around for long. So, what are you waiting for? Sign up now and save.
Here are the best limited time offers from O2, Orange, Tiscali, AOL and 3 broadband.
Tiscali Broadband for £6.49
Offer ends: 31st March 2008
Yes, you’ve seen the annoying adverts (Broadband better than sex? Really, Tiscali?) now here’s the slightly less annoying broadband offer.
It’s £6.49 for the first three months then £12.99 for the rest of your twelve month contract.
You do have to sign up to Tiscali for your calls and you’ll need a BT line.
However, with up to 8 Mbps speeds, unlimited downloads, a free wireless router, free set up and free weekend UK and international calls to 01 and 02 numbers it sounds like a pretty good deal.
Half-Price Orange Broadband
Offer ends: 31st March 2008
You don’t have to be an Orange mobile customer to take advantage of this fantastic half price offer.
Orange’s Home Starter and Home Max packages are both half price for the first six months.
That makes Home Starter £6 then £12 with two mb/s speeds and a modest 6 GB of downloads and Home Max £12 then £24 with eight mb/s and unlimited downloads.
To put it another way switch to Orange before the thirty first and you’ll save £36 on an eighteen month Home Starter package and £72 on an eighteen month Home Max package.
Cheaper O2 Broadband for non-O2 customers
Offer ends: 30th April 2008
We say this a lot but only because it’s true… O2 broadband is very good.
The biggest problem with it is that it’s so much more expensive for non-O2 customers. But up to the end of April there are no excuses because prices for non-O2 customers have been reduced by £5 a month.
That means that:
Free Laptop when you get 3 Mobile Broadband
Offer ends: TBA
PC world are doing this great offer on 3 mobile broadband.
Now, obviously PC world don’t usually do broadband but they do mobile broadband because you need the little bit of tech (alright, if we must the ‘dongle’ - whoever came up with that one should be fired) that allows you to connect to the internet wherever you are.
The broadband deal is £35 a month for eighteen months with a download allowance of 3 GB a month.
According to 3 those 3 GBs work out as about 2000 normal emails, 100 hours of looking at websites, 100 two-minute videos and 200 songs. You will be charged at a rate of 10p per MB after you go over these limit, just remember to check your usage.
The free computer is the Ei system 4315. It comes with a celeron processor, 80GB HD, 1GB RAM and Vista Home Premium.
There are eight more laptops on offer for a reduced price - up to £350 off. Including a Sony NR21 M with a massive 200 GB hard drive for £299.99 (usually £649.99) and a swish Macbook Air for £949 (usually £1199).
Free Laptop/ Playstation 3 with AOL Broadband and the Carphone Warehouse
Offer ends: While Stocks Last
This offer was due to end on the 31st of March but we’re guessing they’ve still got loads of stuff to give away because now it’s while stocks last.
A free Dell laptop or PlayStation 3 when you sign up to AOL Wireless plus.
To get the cheapest price you have to sign up to one of AOL’s call packages - that’s £19.99 a month. You can get the package without the call package for £29.99 a month.
You’ll receive 8Mb broadband, 40GB download allowance and a free wireless router.
