SKY are the grandaddies of broadband, phone and TV bundles and we're absolutely hooked on their See, Speak and Surf bundles which offer a huge amount of flexibility to create the perfect bundle package for your pocket and your needs.
Best
This Sky See, Speak & Surf Base 4 broadband bundle is the best of the Sky broadband 'Base' (ie. Up to 2Mb) packages, offering Sky's best phone and best TV packages along with the famous Sky free broadband.
Your free broadband part of this Sky bundle is the basic Sky Base package which gives reliable speeds of up to 2Mb with a usage limit of 2GB per month. 2GB is probably a bit on the low side for heavy users, but is more than enough for light web browsing and emailing.
Heavier users should look at Sky's See, Speak & Surf 'Mid' (ie. Up to 8Mb speed and 40GB usage) or 'Max' (ie. Up to 16Mb speed and unlimited usage).
Free unlimited calls
The Sky home phone option bundled with this package is Sky's Unlimited, which allows you to make free unlimited calls to UK landlines at any time, as well as free calls to 10 countries worldwide.
Keep in mind that you'll still need to pay your line rental fee to BT, which - at £11 - is something you should mentally add to the cost of this package if you are comparing it to, say, the Virgin Media 3-for-£30 which does not require line rental.
Sky TV choice
The 'See' part of the package is your Sky TV choice and here you get a faceful of TV options. In fact you get all six of Sky's mixes:

- News & Events
- Knowledge
- Music
- Kids
- Style & Culture
Of course, you don't have to take all of them. Dropping one or more of the Sky mixes can save you £1 a month each.
Any savings you make here can go towards adding Sky Sports and/or Sky Movies to your TV package which works out around an extra 50p per day.
While it's not required, you can buy a Sky+ box when you sign up (currently £99), which is now subscription-free so it is just a one-off charge and in our opinion you'd be mad to pass up on.
Jump through advert breaks
This gadget still wins hands down in PVR head-to-heads no doubt due to its user friendliness on top of its excellent pause/rewind live TV functions, 40 hours of recording time and its ability to jump through advert breaks.
You can also go for the Sky HD Box which delivers your TV picture in jaw dropping high-definition, but the box is more expensive than the Sky+ box and there is a small monthly subscription fee.
Don't let that put you off though - if you can afford it, Sky's HD service will make you the envy of the neighbourhood.
