THE beauty of the Sky See, Speak & Surf bundle packages is that you can mix and match the various components of the bundle to create a Sky package that suits your tastes and your budget perfectly.
This Sky See, Speak & Surf Max 1 broadband bundle is feature packed and especially suited to heavy web users.
Blistering speeds
Your broadband part of the bundle is the Sky Max package which gives blistering speeds of up to 16Mb with no download limits.
This makes it one of the fastest broadband packages available.
Free off-peak calls
Sky will also give you free evening and weekend calls to all UK landlines as part of the Sky Freetime homephone package. Call costs at other times are reasonable (see details in table below) and are on a par with BT.
Remember that you will still need to pay your £11 line rental fee to BT, which is worth keeping in mind if you are comparing this to, say, one of Virgin's bundle packages where line rental is not needed.
The exciting 'See' part of the package is your Sky TV choice, and here you get to choose 2 of the total 6 Sky 'mixes':
- Variety
- News & Events
- Kids
- Music
- Knowledge
- Style & Culture
You can - for an additional fee - add Sky Sports and/or Sky Movies to your TV package. Starting at around just 50p a day, this is well worth considering.
Sky+
Something we'd recommend is for you to buy a Sky+ box (currently £99) when you sign up for this package. The Sky+ box lets you record and store shows to watch whenever you like, as well as rewind or pause live TV.
Good news is that Sky no longer charge a monthly fee for the Sky+ service, so there's never been a better time to grab it.
