YES, "See, Speak & Surf" has such a pleasant ring to it, but sometimes the 'speak' part is not always necessary.

No home phone

This Sky See & Surf Mid 1 broadband bundle offers fast Sky broadband and a quality mix of Sky digital TV channels, but dumps the home phone option, saving you a small amount in the process.

40GB usage

Your broadband part of the Sky bundle is the speedy Sky Mid package which gives speeds of up to 8Mb with a chunky monthly usage allowance of 40Gb, which is more than enough for even very heavy users.

One Sky TV mix

The 'See' part of this two-part package is your Sky TV choice, and here you get to choose 2 of Sky's programming 'packs'. This means you choose one of the available 6 'packs' of Sky TV packages which include music, news, entertainment, kids and others.

If you want more Sky 'packs' to your package, you can add them for a pound per 'Pack'. That works out at about 3p per day per mix. Not going to break the bank, methinks!

There is always the option to add Sky Sports and/or Sky Movies to your TV package, but you'll have to pay extra per month for this. If you like you can also buy a Sky+ box in place of the free Sky Box that comes as standard. This allows you to record and store shows to watch back when it suits you.

Optional HD

If you are feeling really posh, you can also buy a Sky HD Box which does everything the Sky+ Box does but also delivers your TV in jaw-dropping high-definition. Make sure you have a HD-ready TV though and keep in mind there is a monthly fee for this service, but boy-oh-boy is it amazing!

Excellent value for money

As a TV and broadband-only bundle package this is excellent value for money and we are great fans of the Sky bundle packages, but do keep in mind the need for line rental in order to receive it, as opposed to Virgin Media which doesn't require a phone line.
