PART of the Tiscali family, Toucan is the talk-y arm of the business, specialising in broadband and phone bundle packages.
Slowest broadband
So it is a mystery why anyone would pay this price for a 512kb package (now, the slowest on the market) when they could get a 16-times faster standalone package from parent company Pipex, or grab one of Toucan's broadband and phone bundles which work out cheaper.
We advise against this Toucan package unless you enjoy paying good money for a rather inferior product.
