How we have calculated the results

• The Package Price is the recurring monthly subscription fee for the broadband bundle service payable to the Internet Service Provider.
• The Line Rental is the cost payable for any line rental you may need to pay each month for the phone line; either to your current phone service provider (e.g. BT) or to the new service provider.
• The Initial Cost is the total amount charged for activation and / or installation of the new broadband service, plus any mandatory hardware costs. Please note, cost of hardware that is optional (e.g. you can provide your own) will not be included.
• The First Year Cost is a representation of the total cost of the broadband bundle service, plus applicable line rental, plus initial set up cost during your first year of service. Where offered, the first year cost includes savings made on introductory price offers.
• The Yearly Cost Thereafter is a consecutive year total cost. This includes the cost of the broadband bundle service plus any applicable line rental charge.

And please remember...

Prices and calculated costs:

• Include introductory price offers, but do not include any price reductions for ordering online.
• Are based on payment for the service being made by the preferred method of the Internet service provider, e.g. Direct Debit.
• Do not take into account any 'optional extras' that may be available during sign up for an additional charge.
